The building blocks
What this play asks Trayo for
Each run goes through these steps in order, on every account in your ICP.
Watches your whole ICP
Every account in the workspace's ICP, checked again on each run. Not a fixed list.
Finds the buying signal
Reads news, job posts and filings for the event, and rejects the look-alikes that don't count.
Ranks what fired
Scores every account by the signals it hit, newer ones counting more, and keeps the top of the list.
Finds the right buyers
Named security and privacy leaders at each account, matched to the roles that own the budget.
Tells the team in Slack
A weekly summary in the team's channel, with the accounts that fired and a link to the list.
Writes to HubSpot
Contacts, a note on why now, and the list or sequence they belong in. Nothing typed by hand.
How it was built
The data behind each screen, and what's faked for the demo.
Built in 26 min · 6 capabilities
Ten signals across hundreds of accounts is too much for anyone to read. This play reads it for the SDR team: every Monday before standup it runs every signal the workspace tracks against every ICP account, scores each account by how many different signals fired in the last two weeks, and keeps the top of the list.
On the run behind these screens, Trayo checked 561 ICP accounts against 10 signals and found 116 events. 44 fell inside the 14-day window, so 42 accounts made the list and 519 were rejected. Signals from the last three days count double: 7 events were that fresh, and they moved 6 accounts up. Trayo found 77 contacts across 31 of those accounts, each with the signals that fired at their company.
Everything on screen came back from Trayo: the accounts, the news behind each signal and the contacts. The HubSpot list and the Slack post are previews, because the demo workspace has no integrations connected, and every account shares one owner because the workspace has a single user. The app was built for a data security company from the prompt on this page.
