The building blocks
What this play asks Trayo for
Each run goes through these steps in order, on every account in your ICP.
Watches your whole ICP
Every account in the workspace's ICP, checked again on each run. Not a fixed list.
Finds the buying signal
Reads news, job posts and filings for the event, and rejects the look-alikes that don't count.
Finds the right buyers
Named security and privacy leaders at each account, matched to the roles that own the budget.
Writes to HubSpot
Contacts, a note on why now, and the list or sequence they belong in. Nothing typed by hand.
How it was built
The data behind each screen, and what's faked for the demo.
Built in 25 min · 4 capabilities
Nobody announces that their DLP contract is up, but they do post the job. A role that asks for someone to migrate off an on-prem DLP product, stand up data security posture management, or classify data across cloud stores says the company is already shopping, and often names the tool it is leaving. This play reads those posts across your ICP every week.
On the run behind these screens, Trayo built a book of 146 ICP accounts and ran one jobs signal over the last 30 days. It screened 41 job posts, matched 4, and fired at 2 companies. Booz Allen Hamilton is hiring a BigID DLP engineer for cloud data security, across 11 listings, and a data security engineer whose post names Microsoft Purview. Northern Trust is hiring a principal security engineer for AI and Copilot data protection. Trayo found 6 contacts across the two: the CISO at each, plus the security leads closest to the posted roles, marked as partial fits for hiring manager.
The 37 rejected posts are reported as a count, because Trayo gives the rule they failed rather than each post. Two accounts could not be identified and were never searched, and the app flags them instead of counting them as quiet. The HubSpot notes are previews, because the demo workspace has no integrations connected. The app was built for a data security company from the prompt on this page.
