The building blocks
What this play asks Trayo for
Each run goes through these steps in order, on every account in your ICP.
Watches your whole ICP
Every account in the workspace's ICP, checked again on each run. Not a fixed list.
Finds the buying signal
Reads news, job posts and filings for the event, and rejects the look-alikes that don't count.
Finds the right buyers
Named security and privacy leaders at each account, matched to the roles that own the budget.
Writes to HubSpot
Contacts, a note on why now, and the list or sequence they belong in. Nothing typed by hand.
How it was built
The data behind each screen, and what's faked for the demo.
Built in 25 min · 4 capabilities
A new security leader spends their first quarter deciding what to keep, what to replace and what nobody has looked at. This play finds them inside that window: every weekday it checks the ICP for a new CISO, VP of Security or Head of Data Security who started in the last 30 days.
On the run behind these screens, Trayo built a book of 146 ICP accounts and ran one job-change signal over the last 30 days. It screened 32 job changes and matched one: Lauren Clark, promoted to Interim CISO at Thomson Reuters in October after nine years in its security organisation. Trayo found six people on her team and kept two, the Director of Information Security and the Director of Identity and Access Management, then found verified work emails for two of the three. A wider job-change search turned up four more moves into security leadership, none at an ICP account, and the app lists them as rejected.
One new leader in 146 accounts is a thin day, and the match is an internal promotion to an interim seat rather than an outside hire; the app says both plainly. The HubSpot hand-off is a preview, because the demo workspace has no integrations connected. The app was built for a data security company from the prompt on this page.
