Use Trayo to find sales leaders who joined my accounts in the last 90 days, get their work emails, and write a one-line opener about the new role.

What this app asked Trayo for

Every name, number and email on the page came back from one of these. None of it was typed in.

  • Reads your workspace

What you sell, who you sell to, and the buyer personas already saved in Trayo.

  • Finds companies

Surfaces accounts that match your ICP, plus lookalikes of the ones already working.

  • Builds your account list

Imports, updates and organises accounts so the work survives the session.

  • Watches for buying signals

Standing watches for job changes, funding and the other moments worth a reply.

Take the tour

The same run as the video above, one stop at a time.

  1. 01 Before a Monday call, a rep needs to know who changed seats at their accounts. This is a job-change board for any AE on our team, shown here on 32 target accounts, with a work email and an opener for each new leader.

How it was built

The data behind each screen, and what's faked for the demo.

Monday morning, an account executive at Linear opens this to see who changed seats at their target accounts over the last 90 days. The default tab lists sales leadership moves, newest and most senior first, and two more tabs cover partner/channel and customer-success leaders. Each card shows the person, the move itself (old title and employer, an arrow, new title and account), when Trayo detected it, their work email, and an editable one-line opener that names the new role. They can filter by account, seniority, free text, or whether an address was found. A second route flips the data to the account side: which of the 53 accounts had a move and which were quiet.

It replaces the manual loop of checking each account for new leaders, finding an email for each person, and writing a first line by hand. The result is 126 people at 32 accounts, already sorted, with addresses attached and a draft opener ready to edit.

The workspace was empty, so I started with its saved ICP (Linear: software companies, 500-10,000 headcount, US HQ) and ran a company find. I curated the results and imported 53 companies as accounts. Then I ran a job-changes search once per account, scoped to the destination company, director-and-above, over a 90-day window. That returned 627 moves. I filtered the titles to sales, revenue, GTM, commercial, partner/channel and customer-success functions, which left 126 people at 32 accounts. I added those 126 as workspace people and ran an email lookup. 123 came back with a work address and 3 did not. I kept the three in the list, labelled “no address found”, instead of dropping them. Everything on the page comes from the Trayo API except the openers.

Trayo did not supply the openers. I generate them locally from three fields Trayo returned: the new title, the previous employer, and how long the person has been in the seat. A small set of templates does the wording, so the phrasing is mine and the facts are the API’s. Trayo’s startedAt is month-precision and often null or stale, so anything older than four months is softened to “newly in seat” rather than stating a duration. Send email, Push to Salesforce, Post to Slack and Export CSV are stubs. No integration sits behind them. Each carries a “demo” tag, and clicking one raises a toast saying what would have been sent and confirming that nothing left the page.

Right signal. Right person. Right now.
