The prompt
Paste it into any coding agent with the Trayo MCP connected.
- + any MCP client
Use Trayo to find the 3 best people to email at each of my top 10 accounts, with work email and the signal behind each.
What this app asked Trayo for
Every name, number and email on the page came back from one of these. None of it was typed in.
- Reads your workspace
What you sell, who you sell to, and the buyer personas already saved in Trayo.
- Finds companies
Surfaces accounts that match your ICP, plus lookalikes of the ones already working.
- Researches an account
A live snapshot per company — size, stack, why-now signals and why it fits.
- Finds the right people
Named stakeholders at an account, matched to the buying roles you care about.
- Gets verified emails
Work addresses with a confidence signal, so a bad match is visible rather than sent.
- Builds your account list
Imports, updates and organises accounts so the work survives the session.
- Watches for buying signals
Standing watches for job changes, funding and the other moments worth a reply.
Take the tour
The same run as the video above, one stop at a time.
- 01
This call sheet runs entirely on Trayo.
- 02
Research and job-change search built every account's story.
- 03
Stakeholder search scored contacts against Vanta's saved buyer personas.
- 04
All of that becomes one ranked call sheet.
- 05
Built for reps with ten accounts and no contacts yet.
- 06
Draft email writes from that person's exact signal.
How it was built
The data behind each screen, and what's faked for the demo.
If you have ten accounts and no idea who to email at any of them, Signal Desk is the page you open before you start writing. It lists your ten accounts ordered by how much signal each one is carrying. Under each account you see what Trayo found and the three people worth contacting: a CISO or equivalent economic buyer, a GRC decision-maker, and a compliance or security-engineering champion. Each person comes with a work address and the specific reason to write to them. A second route flattens all thirty contacts into a sortable table for anyone who just wants the list, and Draft email opens a message pre-filled from that person’s signal.
It replaces the loop of picking an account, researching it in one tab, hunting for the right titles in another, guessing at emails in a third, and pasting the results into a spreadsheet that is out of date by the time you finish. Here the ranking, the reason to write, the person and the address are already on one card, and the first email has evidence to open on.
The workspace was empty, so I started from its saved ICP, which is Vanta’s. trayo_find_companies returned 150 US software companies of 200-5,000 staff. I dropped legacy pages, link-shortener domains and a direct competitor, then imported the remaining 119 with trayo_import_accounts. All 119 were created and none were skipped. I meant to source the signal from discovery, so I created four custom signals (compliance milestones, security incidents, GRC hiring, security-leader moves) and ran them against all 119 accounts. I then re-ran with ten signals, including the workspace’s own, over a 120-day lookback. Both runs settled with zero events, no blocked signals, no errors and no failed checks, and a narrow ten-account control run came back the same. That makes me think the empty result is real for this workspace and not something I misread. So I took the signal from company research and job-change search instead. trayo_research_company gave me each account’s “why now” and its Vanta-specific fit, and trayo_search_job_changes gave me the recent senior hires. trayo_search_stakeholders returned the buying committee scored against the five Vanta buyer personas already saved in the workspace. The rationale on every person card is Trayo’s own whyThisPerson text, not mine. I added the 30 picks with trayo_add_people (30 created, 0 skipped), and trayo_enrich_emails found 27 verified work addresses. Three came back not found, and Trayo returned four addresses as verified but with a conflicting identity. The cards label all seven, so none of them looks clean when it isn’t.
Some parts are real and some are stubbed. The accounts, people, rationales and verified addresses are all real Trayo data from the live workspace. The signals are labelled “why now”, “Vanta fit”, “exec move” and “persona match” and not as discovery events, because discovery produced none. The ranking is my own weighting of those inputs and is not a Trayo score. Draft email, Push to CRM and Share to Slack are previews. There is no mail, CRM or Slack connection here, so each one reports what it would have sent and nothing leaves the page.
